	Who are the Highbury Vale Illustrators Collective? The HVIC is Tim Bradford. Tim is a cartoonist, illustrator, writer and artist. He's always been a fan of organisations and collectives with arcane constitutions and secret meeting rooms. One thing he hates, though, is talking about himself in the third person.
